Rules & Regulations
The following rules govern your use of the Down East RV Resort, LLC facilities and are part of the terms of your sublease.
- Campers under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All campers are responsible for their visitors.
- Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children.
- Posted speed limits must be observed throughout the park.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 11pm to 7am in your RV as well as in the park.
- Firearms and fireworks are prohibited. Discharging firearms will be cause for automatic eviction.
- Boats are not to be left on-site. All boats and boat trailers are to be put in storage.
- All storage buildings, decks, and enclosures must be constructed in accordance with park policy. No construction of any kind will be allowed without management’s prior approval and receipt of proper permits. Do not do any digging before checking with management due to underground utilities.
- All landscaping shall be approved by management.
- Please keep your site clean and neat. Outside of RV and site area must be kept clean and free of debris. Put cigarette butts in a disposal container, not on the ground. Garbage disposal is provided in the dumpster on-site.
- All property must be kept in the confines of your rented site space. Each RV will use one space and hookups for that assigned space only.
- Parking on roads, road shoulders, and/or grass is prohibited. Parking is limited to your space only.
- No three or four wheelers or go-carts allowed. Golf carts are allowed with purchase of a $50.00 golf cart pass and proof of insurance each year. Passes will not be issued without proof of insurance.
- All motorized vehicles including golf carts must be operated by Licensed Drivers Only.
- No commercial enterprise will be allowed to operate from the RV park nor shall there be any solicitation of commercial activity.
- Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, violent behavior, drunkenness, and possession or use of illicit drugs will not be tolerated at any time and will be subject to eviction. No alcohol consumption by minors is allowed. Sub-Lessor shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, violent behavior, drunkenness, or possession of illicit drugs.
- No open fires except in barbeque grills or in small fire pits that are at least six inches above the ground. Homemade fire pits are not allowed.
- No refunds on rents or fees and No Subletting of RV’s or site.
- Sub-Lessor is not liable for theft or injuries occurring during your stay, nor are we responsible for any losses to any RV or its contents due to power failure.
- Washers and dryers are prohibited.
- Pets must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after by their owners or other caregivers, and not left unattended on park premises. A maximum of two (2) pets per RV are allowed. All pets must be registered with management prior to bringing pet into park. All vaccinations must be up-to-date and the pet identified by a name tag. [See Pet Policy]
- All local, state, and federal laws must be obeyed. All local, state, and federal laws are applicable to all persons on the premises.
- No RV’s that fall into a state of disrepair will be allowed to remain in the park. All RV’s must be less than 10 years old to be eligible for initial long-term sublease into park.
- If necessary, campers are responsible for obtaining a post office box to receive their mail. Personal mail is not to be delivered to the RV park address. Packages should not be delivered to the park address.
- In the event of an emergency please immediately call 911. If the emergency does not relate to health or safety, please contact management.
